From which countries can I buy online?

You can buy from Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, UK, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Cyprus, USA, Canada, Japan, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Panamá, Ecuador and Russia.

Are m&h prices the same online than in the (physical) stores?

Yes, online prices are the same than in any physical m&h store.

Is it necessary to register to buy online?

No, it is not necessary. It is recommendable, so we can inform you via newsletter about new arrivals and special offers.

What is the time for delivery and which is the transport agency?

Orders placed on working days before 12.00h pm will be sent that same day, the rest will be sent the next working day.

The shipments will not be sent to the post office box, it is necessary to give a physical address with the correct address. In case some data is missing the delay in the shipment depends on the client providing us with a complete address.

Orders in Spain will be delivered by Correos in an estimated time of 2/3 working days from the moment you place an order.

For the following European Community countries; France, Italy, UK, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Greek, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic, the delivery will be with UPS and the time is 2/3 estimated working days from the moment you place an order.

European non Community the transport agency is UPS and the delivery is 3/4 estimated working days from the moment you place an order.

For USA, Canada, North America and South America, Asia, Australia and rest of the word the transport agency is UPS and the delivery is 2/3 estimated working days from the moment you place an order.

You can also pick up free your delivery in our Madrid Store (C/Castelló 39) in two working days (with no delivery costs).

What’s the shipping costs?

• Spain (península and Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): 3,95 euros
• Canary islands: 38 euros.
• Portugal: 8,95 euros.
• Europe : France, Italy, UK, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Greek...11,95 euros.
• Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and countries of non-EU Europe: 21,95 euros.
• Another countries of the world: 29 euros and 29,95 (Asia).

* Delivery will be free for purchases over 120 euros in Spain and Portugal.

* Delivery will be free for purchases over 150 euros in European Community countries and Canarias Islans. You can also pick up your delivery free in our Madrid Store (C/Castelló 39 and 104) in two working days (with no delivery costs).
The URGENT shipment does not have any promotion of free shipping costs.

Is it possible to cancel a purchase?

It is possible, if the product has not been delivered yet. You can ask for the cancelation on shop@myhbaby.com

What are the characteristics of virtual TPV?

Virtual TPV has CES system (Secure Electronic Commerce), that allows to certify the authenticity of your credit card with the issuing bank.

What credit cards are admitted for payment?

Virtual TPV admits automatically all Visa and Master Card credit cards. On top of the habitual merchant services, we also offer the possibility to use Paypal payment.

What are the available languages in this webpage?

You can visualize our webpage in Spanish and English. You have language option on top of the main page of the site. We will also attend any e-mail in both languages.

Do prices include taxes?

Yes, all the prices included on the web are final, and have VAT included.
